Marquis Who’s Who Recognizes Andrew Manlapig Rada for Distinguished Tenure in Accounting, Computer Software, and Finance

Mr. Andrew Manlapig Rada is lauded for his expertise as a lead Oracle solutions analyst

EDISON, NJ, January 5, 2023 – Andrew Manlapig Rada has been included in Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Rada, a subject matter expert in the financial aspects of the software Oracle, recently joined Bed Bath & Beyond in Edison, New Jersey, as the retail giant’s new lead Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP)/enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions analyst in 2021. Having accrued previous experience at Amtrust Financial Services as an Oracle ERP analyst and report developer between 2020 and 2021, Mr. Rada also garnered success at Cigna as a senior analyst and senior financial analyst of financial planning and analysis in 2020.

Based in Austin, Texas, Oracle Corporation is notably a multinational, computer technology company that designs various types of software and technology, including its own brands. It is one of the largest of its kind in the world.

After graduating from college, Mr. Rada acquired his first professional role as a compensation reviewer of field compensation and as a staff accountant for corporate treasury at Prudential Financial in 1997 and 1988, respectively. Mr. Rada was subsequently recruited by AT&T through which he spent the next 20 years in various roles, beginning as an assistant manager and manager of investor relations, then as an accountant, lead business analyst, lead accountant, and lead financial systems analyst.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Rada aims to lead his own team, as well as his own division. He also plans to begin mentoring the next generation of industry leaders and begin consulting for other organizations.

Avid of participating in charitable and civic causes, Mr. Rada is involved with several nonprofits, including Paddle for Pink. The organization has been hosting dragon boat racing to raise money for individuals fighting breast cancer since 2007. During his tenure with AT&T, Mr. Rada was also active as a leader with HACEMOS FACES, a Hispanic/Latino employee group that was developed by the organization to promote future employees and teach and support local communities through scholarships, science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, and more.

An alumnus of Rutgers University, Mr. Rada earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and criminal justice in 1996. To remain abreast in his industry, he is active as a member, former chapter president, and former chief executive officer/national president of the Filipino American Communication Employees. During his distinguished tenure with the organization, Mr. Rada was instrumental in leading a team of more than 10,000 volunteers.
